Independently developed prototype — awaiting formal school approval

Information

About Rosehill Pupil Voice

A simple way for pupils to share improvement ideas without being asked for their identity.

One-minute summary

  • This is independently developed and awaiting formal school approval.
  • Do not include names, class details, email addresses or other private information.
  • Keep your private reference safe; it is the only way to check progress.
  • For bullying, abuse, danger, threats, self-harm concerns or serious safety concerns, speak to a trusted adult, teacher, House Team or emergency services.

What we collect

Your idea, its category and your year group. We do not ask for your name, class, email address or login.

Who can see it

Only authorised Pupil Leadership Team administrators can review full submissions. Public tracking shows only a separate safe progress update.

Published outcomes

Only a separately written, approved summary can appear publicly. Your original idea text is never published automatically.

PLT account email

PLT accounts store a workspace username and email address for sign-in. Accounts are issued by an administrator using a code, so there is no email-verification step. Authorised administrators can manage membership. Account details are kept in the protected workspace and are not published with pupil ideas.

Formal approval

Before live collection, a responsible organisation, data controller, safeguarding responsibility, data-protection contact and retention period must be formally approved and published.
